Lince Academy is a football development school in the Algarve dedicated to the complete growth of children and young athletes, where we believe football is far more than a game.
It is a powerful tool to teach values, build character and develop confidence. We work with
a modern methodology based on game principles and decision-making, encouraging every player to think, create and find solutions within the game itself. Our goal is to develop intelligent, autonomous and confident athletes who understand the “why” behind every action,
rather than simply performing movements.
At Lince, we value respect, discipline, teamwork, fair play and continuous development.
These principles guide every training session, competition and experience on the pitch.
We welcome children from age 3, organising groups by age and level to ensure that each
athlete learns at their own pace, with clear objectives and the right level of support.
Everyone plays, everyone learns and everyone grows.
All our training takes place at Almancil Stadium, in a safe and positive environment where each session is designed to develop technique, coordination, game intelligence, physical abilities and emotional skills.
We believe every child has the potential to grow and shine, and we work every day to create the perfect environment for that to happen. More than teaching football, we help shape young people who are resilient, responsible and passionate about what they do, both on and off the pitch.
