✦ OUR JOURNEY ✦
LINCE PROGRAMS
Through detailed discussions and research, we gather the insights needed to craft a tailored solution that aligns with your vision.
Mini-Linces (ages 3–4)
Mini-Linces introduces young children to football through simple games, fun activities and exercises designed to build coordination, balance and confidence.
It is a safe and joyful environment where learning happens naturally through play.
Lince Development (ages 5–11)
Lince Development is the core of
our academy. This stage focuses
on technique, decision-making, creativity and game principles, all taught through our Guided Discovery methodology. Training is structured, engaging and centred on real development. Players take part in AFA competitions, regional tournaments and friendly matches that support learning, growth and healthy competition.

From Advanced Development to High Performance
Company Benefits
The Lince Academy Pro Pathway was created for athletes aged 12 to adulthood, designed for those who aspire to grow, compete, evolve and move closer to the professional level. This is a demanding, structured and detail-oriented process, where each stage of development prepares the athlete for the next, building a clear and consistent route toward high-level performance.
Lince Pro Development (12–14)
Marks the beginning of a more serious and competitive phase of training. Sessions become faster, more intense and more complex.
Players start working on advanced technique, quicker decision-making, game interpretation, space creation and occupation, as well as individual and collective behaviours in all phases of the game.
Physical work becomes more specific and adapted to each athlete’s maturation, with a focus on agility, strength, speed and injury prevention.
Competition takes on a meaningful role: athletes participate in AFA league matches, regional tournaments and strategic friendlies, learning to manage pressure, responsibility and real in-game decision-making.
This is also when competitive mentality starts to take shape, commitment, discipline, focus and responsibility naturally become part of the athlete’s development.
The next stage, Lince Advanced Performance (15+), represents the highest level of our training structure.
The demands increase, and training becomes fully personalised to each athlete’s needs.
The focus shifts to complete performance: high-speed technical execution, decision-making under pressure, game analysis, sophisticated tactical understanding, behaviour within different systems, and adaptation to various competitive scenarios.
Physical development becomes central, with tailored work on strength, power, acceleration, mobility, coordination, endurance and stability, always aligned
with the athlete’s goals and profile.
Players also engage in individual or personalised sessions when required, finishing, dribbling, ball carrying, agility or strength, targeting specific areas of improvement.
The combination of these two programs forms a complete, coherent and rigorous pathway designed for athletes who genuinely aspire to reach professional football. At Lince, we develop players who are intelligent, technically strong, fast, physically prepared and mentally resilient, athletes capable of competing in any environment, adapting, evolving and performing consistently. The ultimate goal is clear: transform potential into performance and bring each player closer to their highest possible level.
