More Than Football: Respect in Action

This week’s training sessions focused on fair play, with coaches reinforcing respect among teammates, opponents and staff through practical exercises and real-life situations. The players experienced how respect is not a concept apart from the game — it’s built into every action.

“Respect isn’t something we just talk about, it’s something we live in every training. Football is our tool to teach empathy, responsibility and emotional intelligence.””

Marcela Bianchi, Head Coach

More than just a word, respect was put into action. Players learned to listen, apologize, acknowledge effort and handle frustration with maturity. These are the moments that strengthen what we value most at Lince Academy: shaping good players — and even better people.
